Rasha Thadani to Star Reverse Vir Hirani in Lagan Laagi Re

Rasha Thadani, daughter of actor Raveena Tandon and producer Anil Thadani, has reportedly been forged as the feminine lead reverse Vir Hirani in his theatrical debut. The upcoming movie is tentatively titled Lagan Laagi Re and is produced by Jay Shewakramani. Set as a up to date love story in a small city, Lagan Laagi Re will go on flooring in July 2026, in keeping with Selection India. The makers have been eager to launch a recent on-screen pair and consider Vir Hirani and Rasha Thadani will make a powerful romantic duo.  

Lagan Laagi Re can be directed by Shonali Rattan Deshmukh, who earlier labored as an assistant director on her husband Kunal Deshmukh’s common romantic musicals Jannat, Tum Mile, and Shiddat. The screenplay for the movie has been written by Karan Vyas.
