Rasika Dugal on Sanson Ki Mala’s ironic use in Beena’s betrayal

Some songs tackle a lifetime of their very own, flowing via generations and profitable much-deserved love. Late Nusrat Fateh Ali Khan’s basic, Sanson Ki Mala, is one such gem. The long-lasting qawwali has witnessed a recent surge of affection with Mirzapur: The Film, the place it seems within the climax that includes Rasika Dugal’s character Beena Tripathi and her lover, essayed by Mohit Malik.
