Vivek Agnihotri on Deepika Padukone JNU politics
Deepika Padukone’s go to to JNU in 2000 created an enormous ccontroversy and now Vivek Agnihotri talking about it, shared his ideas on it.
Vivek Agnihotri who’s developing with The Bengal Recordsdata mentioned “I can assure that Deepika had no thought about JNU politics when she went there.” and added “It’s not about being dumb.”
He continued “Her PR should’ve informed her that this can be a good alternative to advertise your movie, as a result of the college is related to politics, and the movie can be political. If she had recognized, she wouldn’t have come,”
He added “You play with fireplace, you get burned.” and continued “I don’t know her personally, so I don’t know what ideology she aligns with. I do know that she is a really sensible and clever lady,”
He shared “Had she recognized that this can be a politically delicate place and that it’d influence her profession, she would’ve undoubtedly not gone.”
He concluded “Throughout movie promotions, there are too many voices telling stars what to do and who to talk to. Her PR was mistaken, they thought it was an occasion. However it wasn’t an occasion. Larger fish than her have been fried for getting concerned in politics,”
