Jim Sarbh on discovering Xerxes Desai via the script

For many actors, preparation means analysis, studying, and immersing themselves on this planet of their character. Jim Sarbh selected a distinct route for the Amazon MX Participant collection Made in India – The Titan Story. Solid as Titan visionary Xerxes Desai within the six-episode collection, the actor intentionally averted studying the supply materials, preferring to position his religion within the script and the filmmakers’ imaginative and prescient.

“I didn’t learn the e-book. I [wanted] to go by the script and observe the director’s imaginative and prescient,” says Sarbh. He believes audiences who’re unfamiliar with the entire story usually tend to have interaction with the world the creators construct on display screen.
